Crondall Village Fete
Welcome
This is the website for the Crondall Village Fete.
The Crondall Events Community Interest Company (CECIC), which also organises the village fireworks in November and the village cinema, organises the Crondall Village Fete for the whole community to enjoy.
Like the fireworks and cinema, the idea is not to turn a profit, but to simply organize a fun event for the people of the village. Any money we do make will be donated to good causes and organisations within the local area.
When and Where
The 2011 fete will be held on Saturday 25th June, on Hook Meadow from 2pm to 5pm,

Helping Out
Organising a fete involves a lot of work, and we'd welcome your help. If you can help out with some of the pre-event organisation, that would be very helpful. If you just want to help out on the day (we'll need Marshals etc.), we'd also like to hear from you. Please contact Tony Smith if you're able to help.
We are happy for all the different groups within the village to participate in the fete, and run an event of their choosing. We (CECIC) will handle over-all organisation, site responsibility, insurance and generally things that apply to everyone.
Taking Part
If you'd like to take part in the fete, perhaps you've got a show/stall/demonstration or other activity you'd like to share with the village, please email the Tony Smith. Note, only local residents and organisations may run events/stalls/activities etc. This is not a commercial free-for-all.
